What can I not do after Botox?

After Botox injections, we recommend you follow the 5 hour rules.
This means for 5 hours post injections, no alcohol ingestion, no exercise, no sleeping, and no pressure on the face/area injected.
You also should not receive laser treatments, micro needling or peels for the next 14 days.
